Torture in what ever form is still TORTURE whether that be to an animal or a person. It is against animal and human rights and many governments policy's.
I personally have always been against these methods and prisons allowing this, Now matter what results or outcome. Interrogation and torture this extreme is not acceptable, But Britain and other countries stood by and let it go on.
