That feeling, that rush, the anticipation…. reaching for the cigarette pack, pulling off the plastic that only holds you back, the shiny gold paper that gives off relief when you tear it off and throw it away!! you are close to that happy place.... :-)
You choose which stick you want, slowly sliding it out of its pack, not taking your eyes off it until it is to your lips.
Already you feel better, just one more step to…

The flash of flame then releases those wonderful toxins!! ahhh!!
The sweet, sweet feeling, the moment of bliss, the view to the future, continuing youth.

Moment ruined. Cigarette break over. Happiness over. View of the future stuck in the present.
Smoking is something i usually, thoroughly enjoy.
But recently I do not like smoking my 'addiction' being pushed out onto the streets to my happy place, Being out casted!!

Its a bit of tar and nicotine people are happy to breath in exhaust fumes all day, and stinking people body sweat and swim in swimming pools of other people urine so why not breath in my therapy hey!!??!

I choose to slowly kill my self in this way other people choose other ways; drinking dangerous alcohol, taking illegal drugs, eating unacceptably unhealthy foods, etc… it is my choice.

For as long as unbelievably fat and unhealthy food, drugs on nearly every street and cider is still being sold I will pick my fate and not be told other wise.

Knowledge is power, use it how u wish!!!
Basically do not judge other people when we all make decisions which we will regret, this smoking thing just takes a bit longer to end. Non smokers think its easy ha!!! Especially starting from a young age and being pulled into the bad habit. Or seeing elders smoking it can become the norm. It is not good, cool, hard, and definitely not sexy. It is all bad but yet we love it!!!
